FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixers and may be used in other fields of construction. Mixer comprises mixing chamber, vaned rotor, vibrator composed of casing rigidly secured at mixing chamber centre. Vibrator case is composed of metallic corrugated shell. Said shell is composed of thin-wall corrugated solid of revolution that forms truncated ellipse in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. Said figure is composed of outer intersection of three circles with centres that make the vertices of regular triangle and with radii equal to the height of said triangle. It can develop two-frequency vibration fields complying, if integrated, with the shape of corrugated shape of said solid of revolution with opposed vibrations. Disk with cylindrical ledge is secured inside shell, at the centre of horizontal plane, to be fitted and secured over spring ID, spring being arranged inside the barrel to contract/release therein. Con-rod is rigidly secured to the barrel inner top centre and driven by top crank gear while pusher is secured to outer top, pusher other end being secured to inner top part of said metal corrugated shell. Said con-rod can excite oscillations from vibrator case top part with the help of top crank gear. Disc can excite oscillations from vibrator central part with the help of four pushers. Vibrator top part is secured to disc bottom part while its bottom part is articulated with lower crank mechanism con-rod hinged assembly.
EFFECT: intensified mixing.
