SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spacecraft engineering and can be used for simulation training of manned aircraft crews, as well as crews of aeronautical and offshore systems. integrated space-flight trainer includes on-board control system model, model of sensors, descent control handle, motion control system model, actuating element system model, training monitoring and control panel, Earth and ISS station image generator, special cosmonaut view finder simulator, rotational hand controller, translational hand controller, centrifuge control panel, centrifuge control system, centrifuge "A" cabin, spacecraft motion model, cosmonaut's console, current cosmonaut competence calculator, adaptive-optimal former and off-normal situation ("ONS") bank. Current cosmonaut competence calculator provides data on current state of manned space device crew competence in each training cycle. The adaptive-optimal former provides cosmonaut training quality control due to adaptive selection of off-normal situations ("ONS") submitted to cosmonauts during training depending on their current state of competence and selected training control strategy. The "ONS" bank is depositary of off-normal situations ordered by their complexity for selection of "ONS" instances by specified rule.
EFFECT: providing safety and reliability of manned space flights due to task-oriented formation of cosmonaut qualification states resulting from task-oriented and standardised (adapted) selection of "ONS" for crew training.
