FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge for plain-barrel guns contains a case, an igniter capsule, the main propellent charge, an additional part of pellent charge and a bullet provided with embracing aligning separating elements. The additional part of pellent charge is separated from the main propellent charge by a diaphragm with an opening, also it is separated from closing plug with a recession for arrangement of a stabiliser with stabilising projections in it. A bullet is made from metal with a stabiliser with stabilising projections installed on its tail. Head part of the bullet is designed with cylindric tail-piece. Stabiliser is designed with a through hole and is placed on the bullet tail-piece with tension. The case is provided with the second additional part of pellent charge separated from the additional part of pellent charge by the diaphragm with an opening. The main pellent charge is covered with metal base or protrudes to the distance not more than 1.5 mm outside the edge of metal base. Diaphragms with openings are arranged inside the case with tension and have diameters of 0.2-0.4 mm over inner diameter of the case.

EFFECT: increasing bullet flight speed.
