FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. What is presented is a method for producing antibodies with the use of an immunoadjuvant. The immunoadjuvant is presented by poly-1-vinylimidazole narrow fractions of a molecular weight of 8800-32000 prepared by fractional precipitation from a solution of a non-fractioned sample of poly-1-vinylimidazole. The fractionation of poly-1-vinylimidazole is performed with the use of acetone and hexane as precipitates. The codivac vaccine preparation is used as an antigen. The absence of low-active high- and low-molecular polymer fractions in the adjuvant enables reducing a risk of side effects when using the adjuvant and reducing its active concentration 10 times as much (to 0.001 mg/ml).
EFFECT: invention can be used for producing the protective antibodies against the bacteria C Diphteriae in vaccinal prevention and for producing hyperimmune serums for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
