FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: combustion method of cavitation carbon-water fuel from oil coke in inert material fluidised bed furnace 1 consists in creation of fluidised bed 3 of inert material in the lower part of furnace 1 by supplying under it of the primary air and recirculating flue gases and further supply from above onto it of fuel from oil coke. Three-stage combustion of a cavitation carbon-water fuel from oil coke is performed; the amount of 40-60% of the whole fuel is burnt at the first stage in low-temperature fluidised bed 3 of inert material at the temperature of 900÷1200°C and oxygen deficiency; secondary air is supplied to the second stage located above the first stage in the middle part of furnace 1, and the rest cavitation carbon-water fuel from oil coke is burnt by means of flaring at the temperature of 1200÷1400°C; unburnt fuel of the first and the second stages is additionally burnt at the third stage located in the upper part of furnace 1 due to supply of tertiary air.
EFFECT: invention allows using oil coke as an energy fuel for combustion in boiler furnaces with provision of stable burning conditions and with a possibility of flexible adjustment of boiler heat load, as well as utilising oil coke - a byproduct of deep oil treatment.
