FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: within the first time period a hydrogenerator works at low rotation rate nr at the number of poles equal to 2pl and at low power. Within the second time period the hydrogenerator works at high rotation rate nh at the number of poles equal to 2ph and at high power. At that the number of its poles is changed with the simultaneous change of the rotor poles. To this end the stator with a pole-switchable winding is used. At that the winding is modified from the design with one poles to the design with the other poles by soldering of interpolar connections of the stator winding only.
EFFECT: improved cost-performance ratio at reduced material costs and time for the development of the hydrogenerator stator intended for operation in two modes with different rotation rate.
