FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A therapeutic-diagnostic eliminator comprises a static elimination unit for humans and animals consisting of, e.g. a dielectric-coated metal case with metal foil folded inside, having an area several times more than the human body area and connected to a metal wire ground through a metal ring. The eliminator also comprises a low-ELF (below 3 Hz) electrophysiological sensing element for the human somatic structure, which incorporates an electrode system, a multi-channel bioelectrical amplifier and four electrolyte baths for the limbs.
EFFECT: invention has a therapeutic effect aiming at static elimination and enables the objective recording of the therapeutic efficacy.
