FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in water treatment. Water treatment plant by ozonation using atmospheric electricity consists of ozone treatment device 7, voltage converter 25, remote control unit 23, device for use of atmospheric electricity, comprising a receiving unit, made in form of located along vertical cross-shaped antenna element 6 and triboelements 3, 4, 5 vertically connected to it, dielectric chamber 17 accommodating high-capacitance capacitor 13 with an upper and a lower disc, equipped with spark gap 18, a metal protective casing with anticorrosion coating 20, base 8. On lower triboelement 3 of spherical shape needle 10 connected to the upper plate of the condenser is fixed. Grounded needle 9 is fixed on base 8 of device for use of atmospheric electricity and connected by its vertex to lower plate of condenser. To needles 9, 10 a network is connected, having on the upper branch spark gap 11, the second electrode of which is connected to inductance coil 12, which is connected to the lower grounded needle 9. Second self-induction coil 15 is connected to rectifier 16 connected to capacitor 13 of high capacitance connected with accumulator 14. Upper 10 and lower 9 needles are made with dielectric coating. Receiving unit comprises metal capsule 24 containing a radioactive isotope, triboelements 3, 4, 5 coated with a material having high conductivity. Role of receiving unit lift is made by metal supports 2 connected on top with metal ring 19 covered with dielectric, metal base 8. Remote control unit 23 is connected to double switch 21 on top 10 and bottom 9 needles and charge indicator 22 connected to accumulator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide independent operation of a water treatment station in a continuous mode without communication with the electric network.
