FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: bench is equipped with a high- and variable-frequency alternating-current source, which is connected through the first switch and an electric capacitors bank to a low-voltage winding of a transmitting high-frequency resonance transformer thus forming a circuit of a power supply source to supply electric energy to a high-voltage circuit. The high-voltage circuit comprises a high-voltage cylindrical single-layer winding, which upper high-voltage output is connected by an electric energy transmission line wire to the upper high-voltage output of a receiving high-frequency resonant transformer, which are equipped with contact taps. The high-voltage winding of the receiving high-frequency resonant transformer is coupled to an electrical circuit of the load. Lower outputs of the high-voltage windings are connected to ground by conductors through current sensors, a twin jack, the common point and the third current sensor as well as by the contact taps of the high-voltage windings through a probe and a potential meter. At the input of the low-voltage winding of the transmitting transformer and at the output of the low-voltage winding of the receiving transformer there installed are voltage and current meters. An output of the potential meter, current sensors and voltage and current meters in the low-voltage windings of the transformers are connected to inputs of a multichannel oscilloscope coupled with a computer.
