FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: cold asphalt concrete preparing composition including a binding agent containing bitumen, sand and oil sludge; as sand, it includes granite crushing residue with a fraction size of 0-5 mm, oil sludge - dehydrated, which has the following component ratio, wt %: organic part 60-80, mineral part 2-4, sulphur 3-5, water is the rest, and included in composition of the binding agent in the quantity of 20-50% of its weight, and additionally, mineral lime powder at the following component ratio, wt %: bitumen 3.0-6.0, oil sludge 1.0-3.0, mineral lime powder 5.0-6.0, granite crushing residue is the rest.

EFFECT: improvement of operating parameters of cold asphalt concretes and utilisation of oil sludges.
