FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lining of drum mill contains elements, each of them is made out of elastomer in form of a plate, it has top work surface, bottom base, side surfaces and securing assembly cured-in in the plate. The work surface of the lining element is formed by two planes, one plane is horizontal, and the second one is at angle to it from 100 to 175 degrees. Width ratio of horizontal and inclined planes of the work surface can be from 4÷1 to 1÷1.
EFFECT: ensured possibility to provided work surface of the element under effect of mill weight in form of non-symmetrical wave similar to waveform of natural wear, and its keeping for the entire service life.
