FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises bed with guide rollers and their drive, Pyrex loading devices, Pyrex blower, means for heating of the pipe one end, two neck-forming assemblies with forming rollers, bottom forming and cutting assembly, heating burners with needle-type mixers, lubricant feed assembly and workpiece position stabilising system. Drive is composed of stepless workpiece transfer speed variator while guides with rollers are composed by roller-grab bucket system. Lubricant assembly is composed of two oil tanks and valve-controlled nozzle controlled by master. Stabilising system is composed of the orientation and stacking system made up of two flutes and pushers timed with operation of semiautomatic machine.
EFFECT: higher yield, expanded range of products.
