FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a scaling device with a counting mechanism, an RS-trigger with positioning and regenerating inputs, a slave key, a pulse generator of stable frequency, a generator of linearly varying voltage and a zero comparator with two inputs. The input of the counting mechanism is connected to the output of the scaling device. The output of the pulse generator of stable frequency is connected through the slave key to the input of the scaling device. The trigger output is connected to the control input of the slave key and the input of the generator of linearly varying voltage. Output of the generator of linearly varying voltage is connected to the first input of the zero comparator, the output of which is connected to the regenerating input of the RS-trigger. Besides, the device includes a clock-pulse generator, a non-linear converter, an adder with direct and inverse inputs, a measured temperature sensor and a rated temperature setting device. Besides, the output of the clock-pulse generator is connected to the positioning input of the RS-trigger. Output of the measured temperature sensor is connected to the direct input of the adder. Output of the rated temperature setting device is connected to the inverse input of the adder, the output of which is connected to the input of the non-linear converter, the output of which is connected to the second input of the zero comparator.

EFFECT: possible consideration of relative speed of ageing of electrical insulation of electrical equipment.
