FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of catalytic cracking, including the following stages: a heavy hydrocarbon feedstock and optionally atomising water steam is brought in contact with a catalyst, containing shape-selective zeolite with the average pore size less than 0.7 nm, in the first lift-reactor, which results in obtaining a flow, which contains the first hydrocarbons and the first coked catalyst, with the said first hydrocarbons and the said first coked catalyst being separated in a separator at the end of the first lift-reactor; a light hydrocarbon feedstock and optionally atomising water steam are supplied into the second lift-reactor with the catalyst, containing shape-selective zeolite with the average pore size less than 0.7 nm, in the first lift-reactor, the reaction results in obtaining the second hydrocarbon product and the second coked catalyst, which are supplied in a fluidised bed reactor, connected successively to the said second lift-reactor, where a reaction takes place in the presence of the catalyst, which contains shape-selective zeolite with the average pore size less than 0.7 nm; a cracked heavy hydrocarbon feedstock, preferably the cracked heavy hydrocarbon feedstock, obtained in the own separation system, is introduced into the said second lift-reactor and/or into the said fluidised bed reactor, preferably into the said fluidised bed reactor, where a reaction is taking place; obtaining a flow, which contains the third hydrocarbon product and the third coked catalyst at the output of the fluidised bed reactor. The invention also relates to equipment of catalytic cracking for the realisation of the claimed method.
EFFECT: objects make it possible to increase the output of lower olefins, in particular propylene, and conversion of heavy hydrocarbons.
