FIELD: oil refining and petrochemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon raw materials, in which a reactor-regenerator unit of a catalytic cracking unit is provided, including an elevator reactor equipped with a base at one end, a separation unit connected to the elevator reactor at the end opposite to the base, and a regenerator. The hot catalyst from the regenerator and the transport gas, including cracked hydrocarbon distillate fractions, are fed into the riser reactor and mixed in it below the fresh raw material input level, to produce vapors of cracking products of the supplied cracked hydrocarbon distillate fractions and a partially coked catalyst, wherein the cracked hydrocarbon distillate fractions are fed directly with transport gas into the base of the elevator reactor. Fresh raw materials are supplied to the lift reactor and mixed above the input level of cracked hydrocarbon distillate fractions with a partially coked catalyst to obtain a steam-product mixture and a spent catalyst. The steam-product mixture and spent catalyst are cooled by injecting cooling recirculating hydrocarbon distillate fractions to obtain a cooled steam-product mixture and spent catalyst. The cooled steam-product mixture and spent catalyst are supplied to the separation unit and separated from each other with separate removal of the steam-product mixture and spent catalyst. The separated spent catalyst is stripped to obtain stripped spent catalyst and residues of the steam-product mixture and the stripped spent catalyst is removed to the regenerator, the steam-product mixture is separated into the target products of catalytic cracking.

EFFECT: increase in the severity of ongoing processes while simultaneously increasing the yield of target products and reducing the proportion of undesirable secondary reactions.
