FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods and devices for cleaning and drying of gaseous fuel. The method consist of the following operations ensuring the obtaining from the source gas of cleaned and dried clean fuel gas: the cooling of source gas in the radial helical device "gas-air" or in other heat exchanger with partial condensation of water vapours, contained in it, separation of main part of water contained in the liquid phase in source gas, and formed condensate, wash-over of the cooled gas in combined foam device using kerosene or gas condensate as a working fluid, cleaning of the washed gas from sprays of working fluid and subsequent heating of the cleaned gas up to temperature not below the value corresponding to required relative humidity of gas. The unit containing the integrated gas cooling separator, combined foam device comprising the washing device, mist collector and gas preheater, tank for working fluid with the pump for inflow of the foam device, also built-in into the water cavity of the foam device, boiler, which is used during inactive periods and/or plant operations at negative ambient temperatures.

EFFECT: improvement of level of cleaning and drying of colliery gas.
