FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to subsea modules intended for power generation. The module consists of an elongated cylindrical body with integrated facilities (25a, 25b) forming a power generating unit and facilities (28, 29) in the form of a boiling-water reactor connected to power generation equipment (30, 31) coupled by electric cables (6) to the external power distribution station (7). The lower part of the body (12) is equipped with bottom supports (14) and anchorage (15) for fixation of the module (1) at the bottom. The supports (14) are mainly made as a carriage passing from one end of the body to the other one and which ends (50, 51) are curved in the shape of a ski toe at each end of the body. The carrier contains areas absorbing changes in the body length related to changes in pressure impacting the body during its submersion and lifting.
EFFECT: possibility of independent laying of the module to the bottom and its transportation by a vessel.
