FIELD: nuclear power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering. Mobile modular system of life support includes underwater floating nuclear power plant of low or average capacity, at least one nuclear power module with reactor zone and with at least one turbine generator. Power plant is arranged on submerged anchor platform with receiving and distributing electric devices. Complex is equipped with modules for conversion, accumulation and distribution of electric power, water and air preparation located on the shore. Semiconductor controlled rectifier is connected to output of turbogenerator. Outputs of rectifier using bipolar underwater DC cable are connected to inputs of conversion module, accumulation and distribution of electric energy, which outputs are connected by means of ground direct-current cables to bipolar inputs of water- and air-preparation modules, and by means of three-phase AC cable are connected to onshore electric power consumers. Electric power conversion, accumulation and distribution module is equipped with bipolar power accumulator. Outputs of accumulator are connected to inputs of modules and consumers by ground direct-current cables.
