FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: batcher contains a product header, block of batching cylinders (1) with the mobile pistons, installed in them, (3), product inlet (8) and outlet (9) branch pipes for batching cylinders (1). Meanwhile each batching cylinder (1) is connected through T-branch (7) with the inlet (8) and outlet branch pipe (9) fitted with check valve (12). The inlet branch pipe (8) is connected to the product header and is fitted with pipeline tap (11). The mobile pistons (3) of the batching cylinders (1) are connected to a reciprocative drive. The reciprocative drive is connected through a control unit with piston (3) movement sensors (18), placed in batching cylinders (1).
EFFECT: minimising of overall dimensions, decrease of the device metal consumption, increase of batching speed and accuracy.
