FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises sensors for measuring angular velocities on axes of an object, coordinate converters, function generators, adders, subtractor circuits, differentiators, multipliers, integrators, a gravitational acceleration setting device and comparators, connected such that output signals of the adders are compared with threshold values of estimates of accuracy of measured and calculated accelerations. The monitoring apparatus simultaneously measures and compares apparent and absolute acceleration of the object. To this end, absolute angular and linear velocities of the object are measured by angular velocity sensors and sensors for measuring velocities of the inertial system. The difference between acceleration estimates and measured values thereof on comparators of the apparatus indicates the inertial navigation system is faulty.
EFFECT: high efficiency of monitoring when performing flight tasks.
