SUBSTANCE: device comprises conveyor belt to transfer the lot of poultry carcasses suspended from clips and cutters to cut joints connecting legs with back part. Set of cutters is arranged along outer perimeter cylindrical processing machine to revolve around central engaged axle. In compliance with this process, the lot of poultry carcasses suspended from clips is displaced at conveyor belt. Poultry carcass is processed with the help of cutters arranged along outer perimeter of revolving cylindrical processing machine at transfer of poultry carcasses along outer perimeter.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of cutting, high efficiency.
