FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of products downstream of the reactor and separation of produced vapour and liquid phases by rectification with feed of primary stock and release of gas, gasoline, thermal gas-oil, secondary stock of thermal cracking and cracked residue. Separation is carried out at complex rectifier with stripper, primary stock is fed in two flows: first flow being fed to the area of secondary stock discharge from closed-type tray located upstream of products inlet downstream of the reactor while second flow is fed upstream of first flow feed point. Gas and gasoline is discharged from column top while side-cut distillate is discharged from the side in three flows: first flow being fed to stripper top, thermal gas-oil being discharged from stripper bottom after stripping by steam. Second flow is cooled and fed to mixing with products downstream of the reactor. Third flow is cooled and returned to above side-cut distillate outlet while cracking residue is discharged from column bottom.
EFFECT: power savings, higher quality of light products, simplified thermal cracking.
