FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. A vehicle comprises a frame, a cabin, a tubular safety carcass, two seats, an engine, two front and two rear wheels and a steering mechanism. A side safety guard extends in a side opening and has the top attachment point connected to the tubular safety carcass. The bottom attachment point is connected to the said frame or the tubular safety carcass. Every top and bottom attachment point is located behind the steering wheel in the lengthwise direction. The front attachment point is connected to the frame or the tubular carcass ahead of one of the top attachment points and one of the bottom attachment points in the lengthwise direction. When the front attachment point is connected to the frame or the tubular carcass, the side flexible guard extends forward and downward from the top attachment point and forward and upward from the bottom attachment point to the front attachment point. When the front attachment point is disconnected from the frame or the tubular safety carcass, the flexible side guard downs by gravity to a position whereat the front attachment point is located downward from the steering wheel in the lengthwise direction.
EFFECT: higher safety of the driver and passenger is achieved.
