SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used in conjunction with a downhole tool. The valve 200 is connected to the section 11 of the pipe 160 located in the wellbore 120. And the valve comprises a piston 5 of the plunger in the channel 232, which is transferred from a closed to an open position to enable the passage of fluid medium to this tool, and the said transfer is carried out by the piston 210, which movement forward and backward is provided in step mode by respectively increasing and decreasing fluid medium pressure P2. And the said movements influence the slider 14 which is moved in step mode in one direction to a position in which it opens the passage for the balls 8, providing their falling out from the channel 232 with release the piston 5 of the plunger for moving and opening the passage for fluid medium flow to the tool actuated by fluid medium. The piston 210 is an elongated element, one end of which is placed in the fluid medium in the pipe and the other end 212 is retained in the prestressed state by means of a prestressed element 15. Movement of the slider is carried out in movement of the piston 210 under the influence of reduced pressure, and the prestressed element 15 is located in the chamber which is fluidly communicated with the well outside the pipe section. And the piston 210 is hydraulically balanced.
EFFECT: invention helps to increase the efficiency of operation of the downhole valve.
