FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device to measure weight flow and weigh batching of liquid flotation reagents comprises a supply tank equipped with a high level sensor, a strain gauge force sensor, a measuring buoy, which is suspended to the strain gauge force sensor, inlet and outlet valves, controlled by a microcontroller, equipped with software and electric connection circuits for input and output signals. At the same time in the end part of the supply tank there is a throttling hole. A signal of the high reagent level sensor and a signal of the strain gauge force sensor by means of electric circuits are connected to inputs of the microcontroller, and control outputs of the microcontroller are connected to appropriate control inputs of the inlet and outlet valve. The microcontroller calculates the following: specific weight of the reagent, level of the reagent in the supply tank, weight concentration of a solid component in the liquid reagent, volume and weight flow of the inlet reagent flow, volume and weight flow of the outlet reagent, realises the following functions: continuous and pulse weight and volume batching of the reagent.

EFFECT: possibility to control operation of batching equipment by comparison of previous and newly received table of compliance ratios.
