FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for measuring pulp aeration in flotation machine chamber and may be used in automation of flotation processes at dressing works. Proposed device comprises flotation machine with pulp and aerator. Damper-aerator and pulp horizontal vibration damper are arranged nearby inside flotation machine chamber while first and second force strain gages connected via tie rod with first and second identical measuring buoys, respectively. First measuring buoy is immersed into damper-aerator while second measuring buoy is immersed into pulp horizontal vibration damper. Note that outputs of first and second force strain gages are connected to inputs of computer incorporated with proposed device.
EFFECT: higher accuracy.
