FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to application of O,O-dimethyl-O-[(1-methacryloxy)-3-chloropropyl-2]phosphate as retardant of vinylether resin burning, as well as to method of its obtaining, which can be applied in production of polymers. Claimed method consists in interaction of dimethylchlorophosphate and glycidyl ether of methacrylic acid, taken in equimolar ratios, in presence of titanium tetrachloride catalyst, taken in quantity 0.05-0.25 wt % of components at temperature 40-60°C with preliminarily dissolution of catalyst in one of reaction components and exposure at said temperature for 3-5 hours depending on catalyst quantity. Novel effective method of obtaining O,O-dimethyl-O-[(1-methacryloxy)-3-chloropropyl-2]phosphate, useful for retardation of vinylether resin burning, is claimed.
EFFECT: increase of method efficiency.
