FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of discharge openings of power plants for electron beam. Stack with flat gauzes with fine laminar structure and element of foil with coarse laminar structure arranged there between is placed between said sheets. Said stack is arranged in welding chamber for diffusion welding to be made. Note here that heating in medium of inert gas to welding temperature with isothermal holding at said temperature for 15-20 minutes. Welding pressure is created by evacuation of said welding temperature. Then, cooling is performed. Heating with isothermal holding and cooling are carried out at barometric pressure of neutral gas. Evacuation of welding chamber for development of welding pressure is made to rarefaction of 0.1-1.0 Pa.
