FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to installation methods of interior doors and to structures of installation plates. An installation method of an interior door in a wall opening by means of fastening elements attaching a door frame to the edge of the opening, in which self-tapping screws are screwed directly or through dowel pins into end faces of the wall opening for attachment of the door in the door opening, and the door frame is fixed by means of these self-tapping screws by means of installation plates screwed to the door frame on the outer side, by putting the door frame with installation plates on heads of the self-tapping screws screwed into the end faces of the door opening by placing the heads of these self-tapping screws between installation plates and the door frame in attachment slots provided in the installation plates. Width of slots is less than size of the head of the self-tapping screw. Slots start from the edge of the plate or are a part of the hole made in the plate. Attachment self-tapping screws have a hexagonal head. An installation plate has two attachment holes located in the upper and lower parts of the installation plate, which are elongated for movement along a door frame and movement of the door frame fixed in the opening in a vertical direction and in the direction perpendicular to the wall plane.
