FIELD: housing construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of interior doors, in which the frames of the openings are made using a system of profiles made of aluminium or its alloys by extrusion. The technical result of the invention is the creation of an improved system of profiles for the manufacture of a door frame with improved performance characteristics. The technical result is achieved in that the system of profiles for making a door frame contains two profiles connected to each other and installed with the possibility of changing the distance between them, while at least one of the profiles has a chamber, the wall on the outside of the first profile is made in the form of a plate, designed for fastening hinges, above which an open groove for the expander is located offset outward, one of the walls of the main chamber, perpendicular to the plate, is made in the form of a cradle with edges for placing the platband, and the second profile is a fragment in the form of the lower wall of the main chamber, equipped with an open groove similar to the above, wherein the plate, made single-chamber with internal supporting ribs on the adjacent wall, is connected to the open groove by means of a jumper, one of the walls of which is designed to secure the seal, the internal surfaces of the walls of the main chamber are equipped with supporting elements to form a fastening unit, and also with two perpendicularly located edges to form an internal pocket, the jumper is equipped with an edge that, together with a part of the side wall displaced into the inner region of the main chamber and the edge of its other side part, forms an outer pocket, and the other side wall of the main chamber is made from the outside with two outer edges for fastening the mounting plate, the cradle of the first and second profiles each have two edges located on the side of the open grooves.
EFFECT: creation of an improved system of profiles for the manufacture of a door frame with improved performance characteristics.
