FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. The vibration isolator contains the housing and elastic elements, placed in it. The housing is designed as a base with a cover. The elastic elements are designed as a disk-type ring spring consisting of the upper and lower elastic rings, connected by elastic plates. The ring spring is fixed in the housing through a peripheral bushing. The vibration isolated object is installed on the threaded bushing fixed in the hole of the upper ring of the spring. Between the base and the lower end of the threaded bushing the dry friction damper is placed. The damper contains the housing designed as a cylinder with a bottom, where the piston is located. The piston consists of parallel disks, rigidly connected to each other by a rod. The disks are installed with reference to internal surface of the housing with a clearance, and between them the frictional material is placed. A spring loads the lower disk. The cavity between the piston and bottom of the damper housing is filled with a frictional material, e.g., sand or balls from mesh structure elements. The upper disk of the piston rests against the lower ring surface of connected to each other bushings of the vibration isolator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
