FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibroisolator contains casing in form of the bushing with hole and collar resting on the top end of the resilient element out of the elastomer, for example, rubber. Bottom part of the casing contains rings with collar for connection with the elastomer. The profiles of the side surfaces of the elastomer are formed hyperbolic as a bar of equal resistance with a constant stiffness in axial and transversal directions. The ring connected with the elastomer has on the outside surface a groove, using it the ring is locked on the support ring by screws. The gauze resilient element by bottom part rest on the base with ring collar, and by top part rests against the cover. The cover is connected by screws via the additional vibration dampening layer with the support ring. The piston is secured on cover of the gauze damper. The piston of enclosed by the coaxial sleeve rigidly connected with the base. Between the lower end of the piston and bottom of the sleeve the polyurethane elastomer is located.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
