SUBSTANCE: high-speed capacitive load driver comprises a signal source connected to the input of a buffer stage, the output of which is connected to a load circuit capacitor. The output of the buffer state is connected to the input of a non-inverting voltage amplifier and the output of a current amplifier, wherein a correcting multi-terminal device is connected between the output of the non-inverting voltage amplifier and the input of the current amplifier.
EFFECT: high speed of the driver when operating on a capacitive load and a wider operating frequency range thereof.
