SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment and analog microelectronics, and can be used in various high-speed interfaces, signals conversion devices. High-speed differential operational amplifier comprising input differential stage (1) with first (2) and second (3) inputs, first (4) and second (5) anti-phased current outputs, first reference current source (6) connected between the input differential stage (1) input (7) to establish its static current mode and the first (8) power supply bus, first current mirror (9) matched to the second (10) power supply bus, which input is connected to the input differential stage (1) first (4) current output, and output is connected to the input differential stage (1) second (5) current output, and is associated with the buffer amplifier (11) input, first (12) correcting capacitor associated with the buffer amplifier (11) input, characterized in that into the circuit the additional differential stage (13) comprising the first (14) and second (15) differential inputs is introduced, first (16) and the second (17) anti-phased current outputs matched to the first (8) power supply bus, the additional differential stage (13) input (18) to establish its static current mode, wherein the additional differential stage (13) first (14) input is connected to the input differential stage (1) first (2) input, the additional differential stage (13) second (15) input is connected to the input differential stage (1) second (3) input, between the additional differential stage (13) input (18) to establish its static current mode and the second (10) power supply bus, the second (19) reference current source is included, between the input differential stage (1) input (7) to establish its static current mode and the additional differential stage (13) input (18) to establish its static current mode, the second correction capacitor (20) is included.
EFFECT: increase in the output voltage increase maximum rate by 1-2 orders with the DA input transistors operation with the microampere static currents, 1÷10 mcA.
