FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. Vagina and underlying fascia are dissected from transvaginal access longitudinally in 2.5-3 cm from urethra orifice. Four sleeves of mesh implant are installed under urinary bladder. Sleeves from two sides are brought out on perineum through tendinous arch of pelvic fascia. Posterior wall of vagina and rectovaginal fascia are longitudinally dissected in 3-4 cm from cut. Submucous tunnel is formed between cuts. Implant is passed on wall of rectum through tunnel. Proximal sleeves of implant are passed through medial parts of sacrospinous ligaments onto perineum by means of guides. Distal sleeves are passed onto perineum behind anus-lifting muscle. Implant isthmus is fixed to sacro-uterine ligaments. Ends of anterior part of implant are sewn to each other without tension above obturating membrane.

EFFECT: method ensures reconstruction of neofascia as a result of selection of the strongest structures of pelvis minor for implant fixation.
