FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: subject matter of invention is vehicle control contactor. The essence of invention consists in the fact that contactor contains body of forward-stroke solenoid drive, armature with nonmagnetic retainer on its end, solenoid drive coil, slit-type arc extinguish chamber, power contacts: moving, fixed, main and arc extinguishing. Actuating mechanism of auxiliary contacts is made as two double-armed levers which are installed in parallel on the upper flange of solenoid drive and located symmetrically at both sides of pushing rod. In the proposed structure, solenoid drive armature contains two rods made of nonmagnetic material coaxially fixed on it which rods are mounted in friction bearings of drive body butt ends. Herewith, on the upper rod, insulating pusher is fixed with its flat butt end facing main contacts and interacting with roller bearings installed on swivelling lever of power contacts. On the lower rod, disc made of magnetoconducting material is fixed which disc interacts with constant magnets mounted into lower cover of solenoid body.
EFFECT: lowering energy resources consumption, higher reliability of contactor operation and vibration resistance on the main contact.
