SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detachable connections and can be used to demount and mount a replaceable unit of a pneumatic hydraulic system with limited service life. The device for demounting and mounting of a replaceable unit of a pneumatic hydraulic system comprises device pipelines with unchangeable parts of hydraulic connections, a bearing frame, compensation units, holders in the form of band half-yokes with gaskets and fastening elements. The compensation unit comprises a connecting pipe, a tip in the form of a spherical head with a tail and a groove, a sealing gasket, a coupling nut with a ring stopper, a sleeve with half-yokes, fasteners, a spherical insert with groove, side cut and lead-in chamfer, a bush, two flats. The compensation units are assembled, the sealing gasket is installed, the tip is connected to the spherical insert and turned by 90^o in relation to it, sealing gaskets are installed, the spherical insert with the tip is introduced to the connecting pipe cavity, the tip and the spherical insert are moved until stop to the connecting pipe end, the bush in set inside the connecting pipe, the coupling nut is screwed onto the connecting pipe until stop, the sleeve with half-yokes is installed, device pipelines are produced, the unchangeable part of hydraulic connection of each device pipeline is attached to the bearing frame by band half-yokes, gaskets and fastening elements.

EFFECT: invention provides for the process of replacing the hydraulic units with pipeline deviations by length and angle.
