SUBSTANCE: device for treating eyelid cicatrices comprising a massaging element and a handle. The massaging element is ball-shaped and has a diameter of 5-12 mm and located to rotate freely. The handle is V-shaped and has an angle of 5-15° adjusted by a mounting screw; one elbow of the V-shaped handle on a free end transfers into a smooth dished plate having a diameter of 5-8 mm configured as an eyelid, while the other elbow of the handle is coupled with the ball by a metal rod bent at an angle of 70-80° with a round bend profile at the working end. The rod with the elbow is coupled with the mounting screw, while a free end of the rod is longitudinally straight after the diameter of the ball, and is arranged inside the ball. On the rod, within an inlet opening, there is a cone-shaped soft plastic stopper with its wider base facing from the ball with the ball that can be fixed by impressing the stopper inside the ball.

EFFECT: simultaneous emolliating, expanding, stretching of the cicatrices and cicatrical deformities of the eyelids, including the combined exposure with the pharmacological preparations with increasing the functional, anatomical and aesthetic effect of the treatment.
