SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a set of devices for massage, relates to the field of medicine and can be used for massage effects in the treatment of patients from various diseases, in the treatment of injuries (bruises, sprains, various injuries of muscles and tendons, etc.), in the treatment of inter-articular cracks. Set of devices for massage includes plates that have a shape formed from combinations of curved lines, seamlessly connected with circular arcs, or formed from combinations of straight lines, curved lines, and circular arcs. In this case, the edges of the plates, which have a thickness of 4–5 mm, are rounded with a radius of 2–3 mm. Set includes six plates, with the first plate designed to have massage effects on the inter-articular cracks, the second plate - to have massage effects on long and wide muscles, and also on the muscles of the upper and lower extremities, the third plate - to have massage effects on the muscles of the shoulder girdle, shoulder, plate bone area, the fourth plate - to have massage effects on small muscles, the fifth plate - to have massage effects on large relief muscles, on large areas of large muscles, as well as to perform massage techniques using two devices, the sixth plate - to have massage effects on large areas of large muscles.
