FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: mismatch error signals of voltage, phases and frequency of the asynchronous motor and synchronous generator are sent to mismatch control units where they are compared to the permitted levels on the assumption of safe changeover of the asynchronous motor power supply from the converter to the synchronous generator. At steady-state standard operating conditions mismatch values of voltage, phases and frequencies are brought to the area of permitted values, and at output of the mismatch control units logic "1" are maintained for voltage, phases and frequencies. At emergency shutdown of the mains voltage the mains phase voltage control unit generates at the output a unit impulse and the logic unit with "AND" logic function generates the enable signal to changeover power supply of the protected main asynchronous engine and to ensure its supply from the synchronous generator Simultaneously the same signal is delivered to the input of voltage generator thus controlling excitation of the synchronous generator and voltage at its output in compliance with the preset law of speed reduction for the asynchronous motor.
EFFECT: limiting current rushes in windings of the main drive and formation of the required program to change its rotation frequency at occurrence of emergency conditions.
