SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to seats of transport facilities. This seat comprises backrest panel, pad, seat cover and clamp. Said panel comprises a part made of polymer laminar element and spring section. The latter comprises polymer spring. Said polymer spring comprises flexed part with wavy cross-section. Said spring rests at two end sides on seat frame and has two holes and the part to contact with clamp arranged between said two holes. The pad rests on polymer spring. Said clamp is connected with seat cover to comprise two shoulder parts fitted in said two holes and having hook-like part composed at leading end part of every shudder part. Said hook-like parts are hooked to said part in contact with the clip securing said clamp to end parts of sais holes.

EFFECT: ease of securing said cover to polymer spring.
