FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: lifesaving appliance is made in the form of a tubular casing, the upper part of which is connected to the torus connected to the bottom in the idle state. An additional casing is located inside the casing coaxially with the torus and with the gap to it, on the lateral surface of which with equal pitch the reinforcement ribs are secured in the form of hollow hoops filled with a chemical heat source such as aluminium chloride. The bottom is made dismountable and assembled in drawstring. All seams of the lifesaving appliance are made sealed. In the upper part of the tubular casing a valve is located for filling the gap with compressed air, and the torus is provided with two straps for putting the appliance on the shoulders.
EFFECT: increased duration of stay of the person in cold water.
