FIELD: life-saving methods and devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for rescue of drowning people in open waters. Inflatable life-saving appliance includes housing in the form of buoyancy chamber. At the front end the housing is equipped with a means for fastening the cord, and at the rear end there is a recess in the housing. Housing can be made composite, consisting of a first housing part and a second housing part arranged in series along the longitudinal axis of the housing and connected to each other by connecting elements to form a connection, which provides the possibility of mutual rotation of the first part of the housing relative to the second part of the housing in the vertical plane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of rescue of drowning in open water, reduced mortality at rescue.
