FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative articles and their production and can be used in production of furniture or its face elements, and construction, for example as interior or exterior or decor components. Proposed process comprises preparation of at least two injection moulds. Liquid self-curing material is poured in at least one mould, material being able to swell at solidification. Said mould is connected with at least one other mould to shape the finished as required. Said material is held in closed mould for time sufficient for its self-solidification and 3D article is withdrawn from the mould. Note here that at least one removable element is fitted in one of the moulds prior to pouring of liquid material to allow bonding of finished article surface with whatever other surface.
EFFECT: wasteless process, lower labour input and costs.
