SUBSTANCE: MDF panel, or HDF, or laminated chipboard or particle board is cleaned from dust using brushes of dust collecting plant, followed by coating on the cleaned surface of four layers of ground, followed by infrared drying after each layer of ground. After application of the fourth layer of ground drying of the panel is carried out in a drying tunnel. Then the primer layer is applied on the panel with rollers, followed by drying the ultraviolet tunnel, after that the image and/or pattern is applied with the digital printer with UV ink. Then the coating is applied, followed by drying in the UV tunnel, then the panel is polished, then glossy or matt varnish is applied or 3D embossing with the pattern texture, after which the final drying is carried out in the UV tunnel, and the article is covered with a protective film.
EFFECT: increasing the economical efficiency of the article production, increase in quality of decorative articles and durable operation of the articles.
