FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for hydrogenation and decyclisation of benzene and isomerisation of C5-C6-paraffins in raw material, containing C5-C6-paraffins and, at least, 1 wt % of benzene. Device includes: (a) raw material pipeline, which is not equipped with condenser or output hole for hydrogen, connected by liquid with low pressure drier; (b) pipeline for flow, effluent from drier, connected by liquid with low-pressure drier, as well as with the first pipeline for dries raw material and second pipeline for dried raw material; (c) pipeline for hydrogen-enriched gas, joining with the first pipeline for dried raw material with formation of pipeline for combined raw material; (d) hydrogenation zone, connected by liquid with pipeline for combined material and pipeline for flow from hydrogenation zone, with hydrogenation zone containing hydrogenation catalyst, which contains component, selected from the group, consisting of platinum, palladium, germanium, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium and iridium, tin, cobalt and molybdenum or their mixture, applied on fireproof inorganic oxide carrier; (e) pipeline for fast cooled flow from hydrogenation zone, resulting from combination of second pipeline for dried raw material with pipeline for flow from hydrogenation zone; (f) isomerisation zone, connected by liquid with pipeline for fast cooled flow from hydrogenation zone and pipeline for flow from isomerisation zone, with isomerisation zone containing isomerisation catalyst, which contains chloride platinum catalyst on aluminium oxide carrier.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to reduce equipment volume and cost and reduce quantity of equipment required for the process.
