SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The device comprises a stabilising container with branches. The stabilising container is equipped with a tray. The tray is attached to the side wall at a height from its bottom smaller than the height of the dome-forming layer h<hdm sloping to the horizontal greater than the natural angle of repose of the bulk material and connected to material-duct of backlagging. The branches are provided with regulating dampers with inverse control scales on them.
EFFECT: increase in quality of dividing the flow of bulk materials is ensured, design simplification and extension of the field of application of the device.
