FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to cleaning of tanks from solid particles by fluid forced at pressure. Device comprises case with fluid inlet and outlet to be connected to tank. Besides, it comprises flushing device to spray pressurized fluid inside said tank, pipe to connect case inlet with tank which has the bend for return fluid with solid particles from said tank. Device comprises device to control fluid feed, flushing device and that to control fluid flow return from said tank via connecting pipe bend. Proposed method comprises provision of fluid communication between accommodating flushing device with the tank to be flushed by connecting pipe. Then, flushing device is fitted in the tank to develop overpressure therein by fluid so that tank inside pressure is higher than outside pressure. Fluid is forced into flushing device to wash off solid particles from said tank. Note here that flow regulator is used to prevent ingress of fluid into the case or the flushing device and to separate fluid flow flowing from the tank.
EFFECT: no need in tank isolation at cleaner faulty operation.
