SUBSTANCE: assembly has handle pad, bore opened in door panel door handle to make the handle pad support, manipulation handle engaged with handle pad and gasket arranged between handle pad and manipulation handle. Handle thrust has one end extending through aforesaid bore to rest on handle pad and another end to contact with manipulation handle made integral with the gasket.
