SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining 4-(1-benzotriazolyl)-5-[1(2)-naphthoxy]phthalodinitriles from 4-bromo-5-nitrophthalodinitrile by successive substitution of bromine and nitrogroup, characterised by the fact that first, 4-bromo-5-nitrophthalodinitrile is subjected to interaction with 1(2)naphthol at temperature 20-25°C for 25-35 minutes, after which obtained product is subjected to interaction with 1-H-1,2,3-benzotriazole at temperature 60-70°C for 1-1.2 hours.

EFFECT: simplification of method of obtaining and reduction of its duration.
